Funding Cycle:

1. The cycle begins when the funding period is open and the online application has been activated
2. After the one-month open period the online application will be deactivated. Our committee will review and evaluate submitted proposals
3. Upon approval the funds will be distributed no more than 1 month after the application process closes
4. 4 times per year we accept requests and distribute funds
5. Emergency requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Grant Schedule:

1. Open month to apply: February 1 – February 28
   Review, recommend, approve and distribute in March
   
   
2. Open month to apply: May 1 – May 31
   Review, recommend, approve and distribute in June
   
   
3. Open month to apply: August 1 – August 31
   Review, recommend, approve and distribute in September
   
   
4. Open month to apply: November 1 – November 30
   Review, recommend, approve and distribute in December
